The Central Catholic Football Program offers Freshman (JVB), Junior Varsity and Varsity Teams. The teams compete in the WPIAL Class 6A . Central has always a competitve program, which emphasizes toughness and intensity, as well as sportsmanship and teamwork. Coaches stress the importance of a team concept, which consists of the foundation of hardwork, dedication, and mental/ physical toughness throughout practice and games.  Central Cathloic has sent many players to play football in college and at all levels and has a traditon of installing brotherhood within the football program.
